Don’t Get Addicted to Success. Get Addicted to the Process.

I have always run my life by the same procedure.
I go first, show results, and then wait. If the structure responds, I stay. If it doesn’t, I leave. I look for real signals: whether resources start flowing, whether responsibility gets shared, whether mutual growth begins. I don’t rely on words. When there is no response, I don’t linger. Holding onto something that doesn’t work is irrational.

Many people try to survive on promises about the future. “We’ll reward you later,” “You’ll be compensated through equity value” — these phrases simply mean borrowing your time and energy without paying interest. Relying on uncertain future rewards to survive today is not participation in a business; it is supplying fuel. Once I set a rule that I am responsible for my own livelihood, I let go of dreams of unearned income and lucky breaks. Life actually became simpler. I only move within what I can handle and what I can take responsibility for.

When I enter unfamiliar territory, I always start with small experiments. I experience it, analyze the structure, break it down, record it, and draw conclusions. Mistakes may repeat, but their impact keeps shrinking. Big mistakes turn into small ones, small ones into fine adjustments. At a certain point, I make cold, almost automatic decisions. When structures stop changing, when accumulation stops, when mutual growth disappears, a withdrawal decision triggers by itself. This is not emotional — it is data-driven, almost an AI-like human judgment.

The world is full of shortcuts, cheat codes, and lucky breaks. When people become addicted to them, they become hostages to outcomes. Even when the system rots or the odds collapse, they cannot leave because of the time and emotion already invested. Their lives grow heavier. But when you become addicted to the process, you become an experimenter. You try small, observe data, adjust, and redesign. Even failure does not break you.

I am not special. I simply follow common sense.
If a structure starts using me as fuel, I leave.
If it grows together with me, I stay.
And when I want to help someone, I start close to me, not far away — because help that is within visible distance actually changes lives.

So this is what I want to say:

Don’t get addicted to success.
Get addicted to the process.

Because that is the most realistic survival strategy in an age of disruption and AI.
